| November 06, 2008 Repricing of $0.25 per Unit Private Placement to $0.15 per Unit | |
| Vancouver, B.C.: CMC Metals Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has reduced the subscription price of the private placement originally announced by press release dated September 30, 2008, from $0.25 per Unit and $0.30 per Warrant, to $0.15 per Unit and $0.20 per Warrant. Each Unit consists of one flow-through common share and one share purchase warrant. Each two full warrants are exercisable into one additional non-flow-through common share at the reduced exercise price of $0.20 per share for a period of twelve months. All other terms of the placement, as announced, remains unchanged. In addition, the Company wishes to announce that it will not be proceeding with the repricing and extension of a total of 2,000,000 Warrants expiring December 28, 2008, as to 999,999 shares, and December 31, 2008, as to 1,000,0001, at this time.
