| November 16, 2009 Status of NI43-101 Report on Silver Hart | |
| Vancouver, B.C.: CMC Metals Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the NI43-101 report has been received from the consultants and been forwarded to the BCSC for filing and acceptance. Attached with the report is a letter documenting that the Company has complied with all other disclosure requirements as requested by BCSC. The Company has also amended its financial statements to include the write-off of the CK property in the third quarter financials, even though the transaction occurred and was announced in July, 2009.
