CK Property Silver Hart Property Logjam Property The Silver Hart Property is located in south central Yukon that contains numerous silver-rich veins and replacement style deposits. The claim covers 2142 hectares, situated on the contact between the Cretaceous the lower Cambrian Atan group sediments. The property was initially stake as early as 1947. Detailed exploration hadn't occurred until 1971 when exploring for tungsten skarn. During the detailed geological mapping and sampling in the area, skarn hosted veins and replacement lead/zinc mineralization was found. The CMC claims were staked in 1980 and over the following years more than $7.0 million was spent on exploration drilling (5,741 m), trench sampling, geophysical surveys, detail geological mapping, underground developments (673 m), access road development, and metallurgical and environmental baseline studies.

A high grade silver vein system was found in 1982 and explored extensively over the following few years. It occurs at the contact between the Cassiar Batholith and the regional sedimentary formations. Mineralization was found near the shear zones in a series of stacked faults. The vein consists of a wide shear zone containing lenses of galena, tetrahedrite and sphalerite. Three mineralized zones about 1.8 m (5.91 feet) wide named the TM, FM & SM, have been traced for an aggregate length of 1,160 m (3806 feet). Float with similar mineralogy is reported from two areas to the east that also lies near the batholith contact. A new zone (Meteorite Zone or M zone) was discovered in 1986 north and east of the FM Zone. It appears to consist of 3 parallel veins. Chip samples taken along a 21 m strike length averaged 1,187.8 g/t Ag (38.2 ounces) across 1.5 m (4.92 feet).(Minfile 105B 021)

Trenching in 1987 identified numerous other mineralized areas. At the end of the 1987 program, a historic reserves was determined. Two resources categories were stated in the 2005 Technical Report (W.S. Read, P.Eng and J. McCrea, P.Geo.) as inferred open cut resources of 50,302 tons grading 60.9 oz Ag per ton; and inferred underground resources of 66,020 tons grading 53.2 ounces per ton Ag. The historic resources are based on 50 diamond drill holes (3658m, 12,000 feet), 673m (2208 feet) of adit and 2 raises. The drill holes were used to determine thickness and style of mineralization.

*Cautionary Note: The resources at the Silver Hart site are not NI43-101 compliant. Although there was historical reserves that post date the implementation of the NI43-101 guideline, an Independent Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. Furthermore, the Company is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves as defined in sections 1.2 and 1.3 of the NI43-101.

The most recent exploration occurred in 2009. Program goals were to expand the understanding of the geological showings of massive galena in the past exposed trenchs for the purpose of developing a NI43-101 resource estimate.
Future plans for the Silver Hart Property is to complete the infill drilling to expand geological understanding and to conduct a NI 43-101 resource compliant technical report.
