| Mineral ResourcesThe Silver Hart property has had previous historical resource estimates conducted but pre-dadte the implementation of the NI43-101 standards. Therefore, until a NI43-101 compliant estimate is completed, the historical estimates should not be relied upon. An Independent Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. Furthermore, the Company is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves as defined in section 1.2 and 1.3 of the NI43-101 Standards.
